Welcome to Street Performance Enhanced Creations. We Are just a bunch of guys and girls that love cars and everything about them. We are the type of people that could just sit around all day working on cars and never get enough. Spec was founded in 2009 by Storm, Zack, and Lanni just sitting around and saying "Lets start a car club" and here we are today.

Spec meets about once every week or so and we just like to go out, cruise, and get a bite to eat. we are currently based out of Chesapeake, Virginia area and are always lookin for people.
